What datasets are available in K-Pro?
K-Pro provides expanded data access, building directly on the K Free foundation. You have access to all public and private datasets available in the Free version, plus a curated selection of additional datasets tailored to your organization's specific research needs.

There, you will find two key categories of data resources:
Data in Your Access Plan: Explore the specific datasets already available to you based on your current subscription.
Browse Additional Data: Discover a wider catalogue of data resources from Owkin’s network that may support your research goals.
This includes significant volumes of patient data on top of all public datasets. A unique feature of K Pro is the inclusion of Gene Knowledge datasets. These are curated sets of gene-level features based on publicly available databases, providing essential biological context about a target independent of a specific disease.
Furthermore, K Pro integrates comprehensive scientific literature to power its reasoning. We have ingested over 22 million scientific article abstracts from PubMed, enabling precise, evidence-based question-answering capabilities grounded in the latest biomedical research.
