Interactive Plot Tools

Every visualization includes a toolbar with:

  • Pan & Zoom — Click and drag to explore data points

  • Zoom In/Out — Focus on specific regions

  • Reset — Return to the original view

  • Download — Save the plot as a PNG image (camera icon)

Exporting Visualizations

Individual Plots Click the camera icon in the plot toolbar to download as PNG — suitable for presentations or publications.

Full Reports with Figures Ask K to generate a report, then download as PDF. All plots are embedded as high-resolution images (1200×800px at 2x scale).

Requesting Specific Visualizations

You can guide K's visualization choices:

  • Request specific plot types (volcano plot, heatmap, violin plot, etc.)

  • Ask for comparisons between patient groups or conditions

  • Follow up on patterns with more targeted analyses

Tips

  • Use the zoom tools to explore dense plots before exporting

  • Generate a report when you need multiple figures in a single document

  • Exported PNGs have transparent backgrounds for easy use in slide
